From a young age, Malvina studied violin at TU Dublin Conservatoire, where she developed a strong technical foundation and excelled throughout her grades, while also completing all ABRSM violin examinations. Alongside violin, she has developed her skills as a pianist, completing RIAM piano grades further broadening her musical experience and versatility.
With a passion for both classical and traditional music, Malvina has performed across Ireland and Northern Ireland with the Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland. She has been a proud member of Craobh Beaumont CCÉ since childhood, developing strong roots for traditional Irish music. She has competed in numerous classical and traditional music competitions, including the prestigious classical music festival Feis Ceoil and the Newpark Music Festival, where she was awarded first place. From a young age, she has also participated in the Dublin Fleadh, achieving several successful placings in competition.
Malvina has also held the position of leader of the Julianstown Youth Orchestra, where she had the opportunity to collaborate and perform alongside fellow young musicians.
Malvina specialises in violin technique and articulation and is currently working towards her Violin Diploma.
